Petrol price again hiked by 35 paise per litre
Within span of one year petrol and diesel rate increase upto Rs. 35. However Centre still defended fuel price hike citing reason of oil bond payments.
Bengaluru: For taking two –days break on Monday and Tuesday, the petrol and diesel price again hiked by 35 paise on Thursday.
Petrol was hiked by 35 paise and diesel hiked 37 paise per litre. In Bengaluru petrol price is Rs. 112.06 and diesel price is Rs. 1.2.98 per litre. In Kolkata petrol price is 108.78 per litre and diesel price is Rs. 100.14, In Chennai, petrol rate and diesel rate is Rs. 105.13 and Rs. 101.25 respectively.Due to fuel price hike, price of essential commodities have been drastically increased.
