MUMBAI (Jul 20): A man has been arrested after his pit bull attacked and injured an 11-year-old boy in Mumbai’s eastern suburb of Mankhurd, police said on Sunday.
The shocking incident, which occurred on Thursday night, was captured on video and is now circulating widely on social media, an official confirmed.
As per the complaint filed by the boy’s father, the accused — identified as 43-year-old Sohail Hasan Khan — allegedly unleashed his pit bull on the child while he was playing inside a parked autorickshaw in a residential locality.
