Yediyurappa's Govt completes 2 years; Murugesh Nirani in Delhi

Bengaluru: Amid the buzz of the new chief minister's appointment continue to make headlines, Karnataka Chief Minister BS Yediyurappa is celebrating the completion of two years in power on Monday.  

On the occasion of the completion of two years in office, Yediyurappa presented the government's Report Card to the people of Karnataka. Senior ministers, party president, and party workers congratulated the chief minister.

Former Karnataka Minister and current BJP General Secretary CT Ravi refused to comment on the change of leadership in the state. 

CT Ravi said, "BJP General Secretary CT Ravi said, "I congratulate BS Yediyurappa Ji for completing two years as CM today. He has done good work. He will continue to guide Karnataka and BJP... It is being [appointment of new chief minister] reported in the news media . I can't say much on this matter".

Meanwhile, Cabinet Minister Murugesh Nirani is in Delhi on 'personal work', reported news agency ANI. Karnataka Minister Murugesh Nirani was seen walking out of the Karnataka Bhawan on Sunday. 

On being asked if he is in the race for the Karnataka CM post, Nirani said, "I don't know anything, and I haven't asked anyone about the same. Senior leaders will take the decision. I am here for some personal work".
