BBMP ex-corporator hacked to death
Bengaluru: Former BJP corporator of BBMP Rekha Kadiresh was stabbed to death, outside her residence in Cottonpete on Thursday morning.
Miscreants have stabbed her when she was distributing food kits to localities. Though she was taken to the hospital, but could not be saved. Police have suspected that the previous enmity was the reason behind her murder.
Her husband Kadiresh was stabbed to death by two youth in February 2018, later the attackers had surrendered to the court, admitted their crime.
Police have investigated the crime from all angles, including family disputes. Police have stated that Rekha was the second wife of Kadiresh and his first wife had quarreled with her many times.
