Bhuj: The Pride of India trailer wows fans
The war movie, Bhuj The Pride of India, announced its arrival with a sensational trailer on Monday morning. The nearly three-and-a-half-minute trailer showcases some breathtaking action scenes and patriotic elements.
The battle scenes shown in the trailer are praised for being among the best ever on the Indian screen. However, the overdose of dialogues and mandatory songs even in a war-action film has some fans worried.
The film was originally scheduled to release on Independence Day 2020 but has now been rescheduled to August 13, 2021. Ajay Devgn is one of the producers of the film directed by Abhishek Dudhaiya.
The film stars Ajay Devgn, Sanjay Dutt, Sharad Kelkar, Sonakshi Sinha and Pranitha Subhash, among others. The film is set in the 1971 Indo-Pak war and specifically the battle for Bhuj. The Pakistani air force bombards the Bhuj airfield, which has to be repaid with the help of local villagers before the Indian air force backup arrives. Ajay Devgan plays Vijay Karnik, the IAF squadron leader in charge of the airfield.
