'My friend, Nanya has left me': Anil Kapoor mourns Nana Patekar's death
NEW DELHI: (Oct 9) Actor Anil Kapoor, who played Majnu bhai to Nana Patekar's don Uday Shetty in "Welcome" and "Welcome Back", says he will miss his presence in life, on the set, over phone and on the big screen.
Patekar died on Thursday in his Goa home. He was 75.
Kapoor played Patekar's foster brother and his right hand man in the 2007 comedy about a don who wants his half-sister to marry a decent guy despite his criminal background. Kapoor and Patekar's chemistry is still considered one of the most comedic pairings in Bollywood.
