Upendra does not deny or confirm leaked title
A poster allegedly revealing the title of actor-director Upendra's return to direction has been doing the rounds of online social media for the last two days. Upendra who has been silent about it has neither denied nor confirmed if the title is real.
The poster looks like an amateur attempt but decently done. However, the title showing what looks like a Vaishnava nama symbol is similar to Upendra's penchant for unusual names including the 'Super' symbol he had used for an earlier film.
Complicating things, Upendra shared a few photos of fans trying to decode the title. This has further fuelled speculation about his return to direction.
Upendra has directed only 9 films in 29 years starting in 1992. After 'Upendra' in 1999, he returned with 'Super' in 2010 and then again in 2015 with Uppi 2. The six years since then is the second biggest hiatus without directing a film.
