PR Agency Duped in High-Stakes Fraud Using UST Global’s Name

Digital PR World Issues Public Alert on Fraudulent Activities Involving Misuse of UST Global’s Name

Kolkata / Palakkad, India – April 21, 2025:
Digital PR World, a boutique digital communications agency based in Kolkata, has issued a formal public statement regarding a sophisticated fraud scheme that has wrongfully invoked the name of UST Global, a globally recognized IT services company.

Under the leadership of its founder, Mr. Sekhar Saha ([LinkedIn Profile]), Digital PR World has served numerous clients across India. However, the agency recently fell victim to a calculated scam by individuals who falsely claimed association with UST Global to extract funds under false pretenses.

The situation began nearly two years ago when Sreejith Srinivas (Phone: +91 9567505789) engaged the agency for a press release. In mid-2023, he introduced an investment proposal for a purported entertainment app called Fairtok, initially seeking ₹3 lakhs against a promised revenue share. Over the months, citing RBI regulatory delays and presenting seemingly authentic documentation, he obtained over ₹45 lakhs from the agency.

As the agency's financial pressure intensified, new assurances were made of a strategic merger with UST Global, facilitated by another individual, Abhijit (Phone: +91 9072391222). Between January and February 2023, multiple payments were made toward what was claimed to be MCA filings, tax clearances, and regulatory procedures. These payments were processed via State Bank of India (Entally Branch) and Bandhan Bank (CIT Road Branch) accounts. Some funds were also routed to accounts under the entity Banalytiq.

Throughout this period, other individuals became involved, including Sony Justin (Skype ID: live:.cid.d4e3d54d4ceb69f7), and the name of Krishna Sudheendra, purportedly the CEO of UST Global (Email: krishna.sudheendras@gmail.com), was invoked repeatedly to add credibility. Despite ongoing communication, assurances, and financial demands, the promised merger never materialized.

Digital PR World is now pursuing legal action and has reported the matter to law enforcement agencies. The company is also calling on UST Global to remain alert, as its brand identity is being exploited in this ongoing fraud.

We appeal for your cooperation in investigating or tracing individuals such as Abhijit and request you to reach out to Sreejith at +91 8590052846 or +91 9567505789 for further inquiry support.

This statement is intended as a public caution and a formal appeal to both prevent future misuse of trusted corporate identities and bring the perpetrators to justice.
