Party on cruise ship case: Mumbai court sends Aryan Khan to judicial custody

Mumbai: Bollywood superstar Shah Rukh Khan's son Aryan Khan has been sent to judicial custody by the Mumbai court on Thursday in rave party cruise ship case, according to reports.
Aryan Khan and seven others were produced before Mumbai court for further remand today. In its application, NCB had sought their custody till 11th October.
The 17th accused Achit Kumar has been sent to NCB custody till 9th October by a court in Mumbai. Kumar was arrested based on disclosers made by accused Aryan Khan and Arbaz Merchant.
Earlier, Maharashtra Minister Nawab Malik said, "It is NCB's conspiracy to defame Maharashtra government and film industry. Whether it was Rhea Chakraborty or Aryan Khan, they were arrested for publicity and it was forgery. We'll be exposing extortion nexus run by NCB".
NCB has accused Aryan Khan of purchase, possession and use of banned substances, the NCB has said, in connection with the raid on a rave party off the Mumbai coast. He was also seen in a viral video on social media allegedly shot after the raids.
The Mumbai court had denied bail on Monday and sent the star kid to NCB custody till 7th October.
