Minor boy arrested for attempting rape
Malppuram: A minor boy has been arrested for attempting to rape a 21 year old women in Malppuram district.
Incident came to light on Monday, the accused has followed the women who was going to attend computer classes.
Police said that the accused who knew martial arts has dragged the women to nearby plantation, the he hit her head in a stone and attempted to coke her and tried to tie her hands.
Later women has managed to escape to a nearby house. The police has later produced the teenager before the Juvenile Justice Board, he has sent to juvenile home for further medical procedure, the police said.
The victim has given detail description about the accused, based on her inputs and technical support, the police have arrested the accused. The accused has not a friend of the victim. Police have given time to survivor to come out from the shock. After she recovers from shock police will record her statement.
