Coronavirus cases decreases in Karnataka
Bengaluru: Coronavirus case come down drastically in Karnataka, the total new cases reported in the state was 2082 Friday. The positivity rate has come down to 1.34 %.
With the state is going for complete unlock from Monday, the number of cases has been decreased drastically. Total active cases in the state are 48116. In Bengaluru Urban, 481 new cases were registered. Like in Dakshina Kannada, Hassan, Mysuru, Shivamogga and Udupi, 214, 202, 227, 108 and 102 new cases reported, respectively.
As of July 3, total cases registered 2082, total deaths-86. Total discharge-7751, Positivity rate- 1.34%. Fataity rate was 4.13%. In the last two months, the total death to Covid in the state is- 35308; total covid cases were 28,52079.
The total death reported on June 3 was 86, total discharge was 7751. So far, 35308 people have died due to Covid in the State, and the total positive cases reported in the last two months was 28,52079 people have effected by coronavirus cases. However, the fatality rate was 4.13 % which is much higher in the country. According to Indian statistics, the fatality rate of Covid is less than 2 %.

The least number of covid cases reported in Raichur district where only three people affected Covid cases on Saturday, followed by Bagalkote, Vijayapura, Yadgir, Ramanagara Gadag and Bidar districts, in these districts cases are below double digits as on July 3.
