Mumbai: The Bombay high court has imposed thirteen conditions to Aryan Khan son of Bollywood actor Shahrukh Khan and two other co-accused Arbaaz Merchant and Munmum Dharmecha in cruise ship drug case.

Justice Nitin Sambre has passed a bail order, put conditions to Aryan Khan and co-accused arrested in a drug case.

Court ordered that the accused (Aryan Khan)should not leave greater Mumbai without informing the investigating officer and should give an itinerary of travel to IO, should not indulge in similar activities.

Court has directed him not to establish communication with co-accused or any person involved in similar activities, further the court directed him not to undertake any action which is prejudicial to the trial/proceedings before the special court.

Accused should not attempt to influence witnesses or tamper with evidence, should surrender passport before the special court, should not make any statement to media about the case, the court directed.

Further court told that accused should attend  NCB office every Friday between 11 am and 2 pm to mark their presence, he should attend court on all dates. The further court directed that he should join the investigation as and when called upon to do so before NCB authorities and should not delay.

The further court warned him that if any of the conditions are violated, NCB would be entitled to apply to the special court for cancellation of bail, the High Court made it clear.

Bombay High Court has granted bail to Aryan Khan, Merchant and Dhamecha in the cruise ship drug case.

Single-judge Justice Nitin Sambre had, however, said that he will deliver an order setting out the bail conditions today.

Aryan Khan was arrested by NCB on October 2, he spend nearly one month in Arthur jail road, today he went the home after furnishing a bail order.
