Siddaramaiah ruled out differences with KPCC chief
Mysuru: Ruled out of any differences with KPCC President D.K. Shivakumar, over the appointment of the KPCC youth president post, the Opposition leader Siddaramaiah said no coordination committee would be constituted to bring coordination between him and kpcc chief.
Speaking to reporters here on Thursday, Mr. Siddaramaiah said he has nothing to do with the KPCC youth congress president post, “Party had sought suggestions from me regarding the appointment of youth congress president post. I have given my opinion to the party. I have suggested appointing anyone to the post after consulting with them. I have no differences with KPCC President D.K. Shivakumar in this matter”, Mr. Siddaramaiah said.
Regarding the question on migrants vs original congress members fight in Congress, Mr. Siddaramaiah said there are no insiders vs outsider fight in the party. Once daughter-in-law enters her in-law’s house, she became one of the family members of that family; like in Congress, I came from another party. Congress has made me the Chief Minister, he said and added that congress legislators would decide upon the Chief Minister candidate after winning the elections.
