PM security lapses: President Ram Nath Kovid meets Modi at Rashtrapati Bhavan
New Delhi: Expressing his concern over serious security lapses of the Prime Miniter Narendra Modi during his visit to Punjab on Wednesday, the President Ram Nath Kovind taken a first hand information from the Prime Minisrer about secuirty lapses. 
President met the Prime Minister at the Rashtrapati Bhavan today and received from him a first-hand account of the security breach in his convoy in Punjab yesterday. The President expressed his concerns about the serious lapse.
Prime Minister convey was strandard near Hussainiiwala in Ferozepur disriict on Wednesday, his convey was halted nearly 20 minutes on flyover due to protest of the farmers. 
Prime Minister was went to Punjab to inaugrate central sponsered schemes and to address elections rally. His convey blockage temred as unexpecatable securty lapses said Union Home Ministery and asked for a detailed report from Punjab government. Even Home Ministry has directed Punjab government to fix the responsibility those who responsiblte for serious security lapses. 
Punjab has fored a team to probe the matter. Soon after the incident both ruling Congress in Punjab and bjp involved in war of words. Several BJP leaders have urged for dismissal of Channi government in Punjab. Even few Congress leaders have expressed thier displeasure against Punjab Congress government over security lapses.
