Prominent businessman shot dead in Patna, Nitish chairs meeting to review law and order
PATNA: (Jul 5) Prominent Bihar-based businessman Gopal Khemka was shot dead late Friday night near his residence in Patna by a motorcycle-borne assailant, police confirmed on Saturday.
The incident occurred around 11:40 PM in the Gandhi Maidan area.
“Local police and patrolling teams responded swiftly to the scene and secured the area. Forensic teams are currently collecting evidence, and an investigation is in progress,” said Patna Central SP Diksha while addressing the media.
